Herdbook Update

In an effort for more transparency, we are rolling out the new herdbook feature for our members. Individual login details will be sent out within a week or so - stay tuned!

As our registry grows, the herdbook "hypothetical mating" feature will become more useful. Calculating a COI on inbreeding will be handy, but it's also good practice to learn to read pedigrees and spot common ancestors. Some may choose to line breed and work toward emphasizing certain genetic traits. Whichever route you go, the herdbook will be a great tool to use!
